Friday with Nana

We have been so excited waiting for Nana to fly in and today was finally the day! We left our house mid morning and went to run some errands before going to daddy's work to pick him up for lunch.

We just stopped in Wendy's for a quick lunch because quite honestly, I didn't think the kids would make it if we went to a sit down restaurant. Quick, easy, and fast is usually the way to go these days with a 1 1/2 year old!

We were down south today, and Melissa told us to come on by before we went to pick up Nana. The kids loved seeing Avery and Austin played with their dog Rolo. Thanks so much Melissa for letting us come over and play for a little bit!

We made it just as Nana got off the plane. The kids were so excited to see her! Last night Austin laid in bed and said, "Is Papa coming too?" I said, "No, just Nana." He replied, "OH, he has to work his puter!" HA!! :-) He loves his Papa!!

After Doc arrived home tonight we loaded up and went to get some Mexican food and margaritas.

We had some delicious food, strong margaritas, and great company! Austin is so thrilled having his Nana here.
