I woke up early this morning, around 6:30am and just made some coffee, quickly grabbed the newspaper in the 28* weather, and just relaxed in peace and quiet while everyone was snuggled up in their beds. It was so nice. I love waking up early and having some time to myself before the kids wake up.
Needless to say, I NEEDED that alone time and peace and quiet before my wild child decided to have a temper tantrum/attitude in the bathroom and chunk my new bottle of OPI nail polish from the doorway to my sink. Just in case you're wondering yes, that would be Kinley. She acts just like me, I can't get mad at her! ;-) I was mad that she ruined my new bottle of OPI!
Everything can be cleaned up. I don't get too upset anymore. Once you have more than one child you kind of let things go. Oh, goodness you guys... it was splattered in the closet, on the wall, all over my cabinets, ALL over the tile floor. It was everywhere. Thanks to my new package of cotton rounds and a whole bottle of nail polish remover it is all cleaned up and good as new. I just have to touch up the wall.
She stood at the doorway crying and watching Doc and I clean it up. She was so upset. I have to say, I have always been interested in knowing if a nail polish bottle could actually break. I guess now I know! :-)

Austin had a birthday party to attend at Chuck E Cheese this morning for Mackenzie's, a girl in his class at school. It was so much fun! All of the kids in his class were there, it was nice to be able to talk to the other moms outside of our busy drop offs and pick ups.

Doc wanted to stay home with Kinley, but I told him I thought that Kinley would enjoy it too. And boy did she!

Austin and Lene Sofia - my friend Monica's little girl. This is Austin's other little 'girlfriend'

It was so much fun with all of his classmates. They had pizza and cake and played the morning away with all of the tokens.

Kinley jumped on every ride and had so much fun! This may be a fun spot for a 2nd birthday?!

Doc and Marius (Monica's husband) sat and talked while the kids played.

Kinley loved riding with Chuck!

She loved even more the merry go round. I think I stuck like 5 tokens in this ride!

Austin loved the big boy games that you drive. Oh, it makes me sad that he is not a little boy anymore. He is really growing up. I feel like just yesterday we were at Chuck E. Cheese for our friend Mallory's birthday party. He was only 2 years old then.

Here was my baby boy at 22 months old! He was 4 months old than what Kinley is now. Oh, I miss him little!!! Why do they grow so fast??!!
Kinley WANTED to ride the big horse! She's such a little dare devil!

We had such a fun time. The kids played so hard, and are both in bed asleep at 12:30!!! I asked Austin, "do you want some lunch?" He replied, "no mom, just go to bed!" HA!!
I hope that you enjoy your Sunday. It's a frigid 39* here. Summer, pleeeeaasse hurry up and get here. I hate the cold weather. I need sun and heat!! ;-) Enjoy your week!!
