After their LONG naps (Kinley was my napper, Austin just played quietly) we got dressed at 3:45 in the afternoon to go return our movies I rented last night. They sat in their little car seats with veggie straws in hand and sunglasses on and were perfect little angels. Can I please have more days like this?? :-)

The weather was perfect and they wanted to be outside. Austin loves being a big brother and helping. Kinley just sat in the wagon and enjoyed the ride.

She's one spoiled little girl, her big brother is so good to her. She's going to have high expectations!

Austin
I am so fortunate to have two very healthy children, a wonderful husband, a roof over our heads, food in our pantry, and loving family and friends. I should be on cloud 9 every single day. We are so blessed.
Ash Wednesday is in just a couple of days and that starts off the Lenten season; the days that lead up to Easter Sunday. I am really going to take the time this year to prepare myself and my family for Easter Sunday this year. Most people hear 'Easter' and only think: Easter bunny and basket full of gifts. While we still do the Easter baskets, I want to teach my children about the Resurrection of Jesus and really take the time during this Lenten season to do a daily devotion and give something up, as well as fast. I will go into more detail on Wednesday.
I need to get in the kitchen and make BLT's for dinner. Happy Monday!
